So, still behind on homework. Feeling kind so-so on the whole thing. Not really much else to update with, except the D.Gray-man dub isn't as bad as I thought it would be (I'll get used to the voices at this rate, I figure. Plus, later clips look quite good). Nothing else really bears saying, except...umm...there's this pancake breakfast on Sunday at my Church I'm helping out with and I'm going out tomorrow with a best friend.

Also, Nadia The Secret Of Blue Water is a very awesome anime. Except for the island to Africa arcs (episode 23 to 34 SUCKED in comparison to the rest of the series, and I do mean sucked. 30 and 31 were okay, but the others...grah. Just horrible.), which the super special awesome episodes after BARELY made up for.

Almost caught up on Detective Conan / Case Closed now, btw. Won't be more dubbed episodes until fall, which makes me sad. It's seriously got some of the best dialogue I've ever come across in a dub, possibly better than the original in that respect.

...I really wish I could finish the damn application for Allen, but I've been so busy it wouldn't be a good idea ajhgfdghagfjk. I should wait until after school is over. I'm so inactive as it is...

Oh non-roleplay related news, I AM SO SORRY! I've been neglecting everybody's comments and PMs because I've been super busy lately, not because I'm snubbing you guys or anything. ;_; I just wish this year would end already or I could at least get March Break off, but that doesn't seem to be happening. I'm isolated from my RL friends too, and I feel so bad about the fact I can't change it. But my grades are on the rocks as it is (not for lack of good grades, but because I'm STILL behind), and I need to get caught up.

TL;DR - Fandom and my social life is a low priority right now, and it's KILLING ME. D=

Wednesday night I'm going to be away at a Valentine's party thing at a local nursing home. Every year we come and play games, eat cookies, etc...but also the one time of year I see a tentative 'friend' of mine who used to be in my girls group. She works there now, and we don't talk much...and I'm not looking forward to admitting that I like DGM (she has gotten me hooked on EVERY anime she ever liked, and I'm petty enough to be bothered by that XD).

Although all the same it will be nice to see her again. She was fun to talk to, even if she doesn't keep in touch. And I get sugary junk! Yummy, yummy sugary junk. Om nom nom.

Oh, that reminds me. I might be getting a job soon...fingers crossed that I will. Probably wouldn't be able to start until next fall, but that's not a problem for me. Newspaper delivering is okay for a few bucks, but a nice steady part-time job would definitely be welcome at this point, since I want to start paying rent to my folks (I'm legally an adult, and they need the money, so it would work out pretty well). I should get paid a lot for looking after the neighbour's cat recently for a week and an extra weekend before that,
which is great.

Anyways, that should be enough moneytalk for now. I'm still buried in home, so I can't promise I'll be on MSN anytime soon. HOLD OUT FOR SPRING BREAK! I'LL BE FREE THEN! =D

Apparently there's this fair in town from the 25th to the 28th, but nobody will go with me because of homework, allergies (hay, actually O_o), and pretty much everything you could possibly name. Which means I'm stuck, since I can't drive. Might be able to persuade my parents, but I'm not confident.

But hey, I took a leaf out of twistedlupin's book and made a livejournal for my writings/fanfiction updates/etc. It's not exactly in use at the moment, but hey.

I am VERY close to quitting you. Not only is the pay lousy (and something I rarely get on time), but the fact you haven't delivered the papers yet even though it's way past the deadline really annoys me. Why didn't you give me any notice before that there were problems printing them?

But what REALLY bothers me is that you promised to drop them off today so I could deliver them tomorrow...and you have roughly one hour left to do so. Now, that's bad enough as it is, but considering I had an engagement tomorrow I can't break (I'm NOT missing the first meeting I've had with my best friend for three or four weeks!), I'm getting anxious. You haven't emailed, and I count myself lucky I even got a call back.

Worse still, it's probably going to rain. Like it has pretty much every time I've delivered them. And if you deliver them to my neighbour AGAIN (what is this, the third time?), I'm bloody well quitting.

Went to the flea market today with my friends...found an ancient Ninetendo from 1988. Got one of friend's brother to hook it up. Rushed around and skipped breakfast, having lunch out. Spent the afternoon working...and that's basically it.

One of the muns I hang around with at asylumproject (she's really cool :D) decided to drop a character. I really liked said character, so being the sap I am, I asked if Allen could do one last log with him. It was...sad. I miss him already, he was an awesome character. Poor Allen's going to be feeling down for a while, after that.

I've got a really busy day tomorrow. Homework, church, a meeting, and then being driven halfway across the city and then back again before dinner. Better get some sleep soon...once I finish this project.

How the hell was I supposed to know I was using your toothpaste? There were two. Which you didn't buy. Am I wrong for assuming at least one of them were mine? Don't chew me out because I made an honest mistake! Furthermore, why do you feel the need to have TWO tubs of toothpaste?

...In any case, best friend is better, so I'm going out tomorrow. ^_^

It seems like a lot of you have had a rough year, either by being swamped with homework, jobless, and many more problems. Some of you have had far worse than that happen as well. Most notable of which is gundamkiwi, who lost her cat a few days ago.

I just wanted to say that LJ has helped me sort out a lot of problems, and thank you for occasionally reading and replying to my entries. You've all been such great online friends, and this past year (while tough schoolwise) has been fun and productive :)

I'm saying this now because tomorrow or Wednesday, I'm leaving for my grandparents and I'll probably have lots of work to do before and after that (if I wasn't so gosh darned lazy, I wouldn't have had to work at all, but yeah). And I'll be doing family stuff as well, of course. So if I don't get a chance to say it later...



...Or Hanukkah, of course. Or whatever else you celebrate ;D

(BTW, had lots of fun last night. The Golden Compass was great, my friends were awesome, I got PRESENTS, I got to eat junk food...yeah, just great times all around)

...I'm probably going to go trick-or-treating this Wednesday. Before that, a friend of mine has declared he will come over. After trick-or-treating, I will be spirited away to a RHPS (Rocky Horror Picture Show) showing downtown with said friend and a few others (this time hopefully we won't end up cut off RIGHT BEFORE THE DOOR).

All this was decided within the span of twenty-four hours.

Dear God, how does this stuff happen to me? XD

It better not snow before Halloween like it did a few minutes earlier...or heads WILL roll! X(
